Tour and Individual Meeting

On weekdays, tours leave every hour at 10:00 am, 11:15 am, 1:00 pm, 2:00 pm and 3:00 pm. Typically, these student-led tours will last approximately one hour, and afterward students are encouraged to meet with an Admissions Counselor to answer questions and go into greater depth than is discussed on tour. These meetings are separate from interviews and are solely informational. To find your Admissions Counselor, please click here.

To schedule a tour and private visit, please call the Admissions Office at 1-800-221-1010 or e-mail admissio@wagner.edu.

Saturday Overview Sessions

On select Saturdays throughout the fall and spring semesters, Overview session days are offered through the Admissions Office; these days consist of an information session by an Admissions Counselor and a campus tour with a current student. This day begins at 11:00 am and goes until about 1:00 pm.

To get the true "Wagner experience" students are encouraged to stay on campus for any of the day's campus events: athletic competitions, arts performance, other campus events, or go experience the city.

Please call the Admissions Office at 1-800-221-1010 for a schedule of Saturday Sessions and to register.

Campus Visit Days

These days are the most extensive visit option offered at Wagner. Students will have the opportunity to speak with faculty, staff and current students. The day includes a welcome breakfast, information session, campus tour and faculty reception. The day begins at 9:00 am and ends around 1:00 pm.

This option is best for students who would like to speak directly with professors and administrators from other campus offices.

A campus visit day will be held on August 10, 2010. Please click here to register.

(note: Online registration is available until 48 hours before the event.  On-site registration will be available at the event for those unable to register online.)

A typical Campus Visit Day program follows:

9:00 AM  - Registration

9:30 AM  - Welcome Breakfast

10:15 AM - College Overview with Current Students and Administrators

11:15 AM - Campus Tours

12:00 PM - Reception with Wagner College Faculty

12:15 PM - Residence Hall Tours (optional)

Class Visits

Only for admitted students

During the spring semester, the Admissions Office sponsors specific dates for admitted students to attend classes and lunch with a current student. Admitted students must register at least two weeks prior to the event to ensure the best match for classes and student host. The visit days for Spring 2010 are: 2/17, 3/23, 4/7, 4/13, and 4/14. To register for one of these days, click here.

Interviews

After students apply, they are encouraged to schedule an interview with their Admissions Counselor. Interviews are informational, not evaluative, and can be conducted either on campus or over the phone. Typically, a student will interview to add anecdotal information to otherwise objective criteria.

Admitted Students' Day

The purpose of the Admitted Students' Day is to provide students with enough information for them to make an informed decision about enrolling. This year, the event will be held on Saturday, April 10th. Throughout the day, students will sit in on a variety of panels, take a campus tour, and interact with professors, current students and fellow admitted students.

To register for the event, please click here.
