The Business Office houses many functions including Student Accounts/Cashier, Collections & Perkins loan administration which are all under the Bursar’s direction. The department is also responsible for Payroll Processing, Purchasing/Accounts Payable and Accounting which the Associate Controller oversees. 

All funds that the College receives such as tuition, donations and other fees are funneled through the Business Office for processing. In addition, all funds disbursed by the College are prepared in this office.

For all students in good financial standing, registration for semesters takes place starting in April for the subsequent fall semester, and beginning in October for the Spring semester. Summer registration commences in April, as well. For specific dates of registration, and other requirements check the Registrar’s Website.

Office Hours

The Student Accounts/Cashier’s window is open from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday to handle bill payment, refunds, adjustments and student queries. Hours for accounting services such as purchase order processing, check requests, payroll adjustments and budget queries are from 8:30 am – 4:30pm.
