Tuition Rates & Fees

Tuition and other fees for the 2012-13 academic year are listed below. For charges other than those listed,  please contact the Business office at 718-390-3112.

Full-time Undergraduate Charges:

  • Tuition  $37,240* per year ($18,620 per semester).
  • Per-Unit Undergraduate charge: $4,655
  • Room & Board $11,160 per year ($5580 per semester). For a single room, there is an additional charge of $1,118 per semester.
  • Student Activity fee: $200 per year ($100 per semester; charged to all full-time undergraduate students)
  • Health Insurance: $100 per year ($50 per semester; charged to all full-time undergraduate students)
  • Tuition Refund Insurance: $178 for commuters and $229 for residents per year (includes a $10 administrative fee). You may decline this insurance by emailing WagnerTRP@wagner.edu.
  • Security deposit: $200 commuters; $400 residents - All full-time freshman and transfer students will be charged a one-time security deposit. This includes non-resident students.This deposit is refundable at the completion of the student's studies at the College, provided that there are no outstanding debts (i.e. dorm fines, parking fines, library fines). Any debts exceeding the amount of the deposit will be billed to the student.

*Students wishing to register for more than 9 units per year will be charged at the per unit tuiton rate for those units taken in excess of the 9 units covered by the full-time annual rate.

Graduate charges:

  • Tuition: $930 per credit
  • Student Activity fee: $100 per year ($50 per semester; charged to all full-time graduate students)
  • Housing (no meal plan): $5554 per semester.

Summer 2012:

Undergraduate: $2,499 per class
Graduate: $890 per credit

Summer 2012 Housing: $250 double occupancy and $350 single occupancy

A non-refundable tuition deposit of $200 for each course is required for non-Wagner students. The balance is to be paid by the first day of class of the session you are attending. 

Commencement fee - $100 - non-refundable fee charged to all students graduating. 

SPECIAL PROGRAMS

Study Abroad: students are charged a study abroad fee of $250 for Wagner study abroad programs and $500 for non-Wagner programs. In addition to the study abroad fee, students participating in Wagner study abroad programs may be charged Wagner tuition and room & board, depending on the program. Expanding Your Horizons (EYH) trips: students are charged an additional fee for participating in an EYH trip. Click here for information on the trips including the cost of each.

15 Month Nursing Program: this is a second degree undergraduate program. The costs (not including prerequisites) include 3 full time semesters at the current undergraduate tuition rate (fall, spring, and the following fall) plus 3 summer courses at the current undergraduate rate. Executive MBA program: the total program cost is $60,000 (5 9-credit semesters at $12,000 each).

Accelerated MBA program: the total program cost is $60,000 (3 15-credit semesters at $20,000 each). Wagner alumni receive a $10,000 discount on the total cost of the program.
