On Campus Interviews
An on campus interview session provides the best opportunity for employers to meet Wagner students during their recruitment process. Wagner offers a pre-selection process that gives you the discretion to choose the best qualified candidates for your full time and internship opportunities. Based upon your selections, Wagner will create an on campus interview schedule, allowing you to meet all of your preferred candidates in one session.
Resume Referrals
Wagner’s resume referral system is designed to provide you easy access to resumes of students who meet criteria you have specified ahead of time. This option allows you to set up a resume deadline date by which we will collect resumes. Once you have received the resumes, you can interview selected students on your site, or set up an on campus recruiting date by contacting our office.
Career Fairs
Wagner College does not sponsor an annual career fair. We participate in consortium career fairs throughout the NYC area. All career development and recruiting events are listed on our events page. Our employer partners will be notified of our participation in any career fairs through the Wagner Internship and Career Search (WICS) system.
