Use the following links to help you prepare for most Graduate Admissions tests.

Graduate Record Exam (GRE)

• GRE online - Your source of information about the Graduate Record Examination, required for most graduate programs. Includes sample test questions and strategies for taking the test.
•  Kaplan - Kaplan provides test preparation services for the GRE and other graduate exams. Their site includes a good overview of the various parts of the GRE, as well as sample questions and test dates.

Law School Admissions Test (LSAT)

• Law School Admission Council Online - Great resource! Includes a helpful guide for registering for the LSAT, information on Law School Forums, materials on preparing for the LSAT and a directory of LSAC member schools.
• Kaplan - Good overview of the various parts of the LSAT, plus test dates and preparation materials.

Graduate Management Admissions Test (GMAT)

• Graduate Management Admission Council - Provides GMAT information and allows you to register for the test online. Also included are links to 200 graduate business school web sites and admission and financial aid information.
• Kaplan - Good overview of the various parts of the GMAT, includes sample questions and test preparation information.

Medical College Admissions Test (MCAT)

• AAMC's Official MCAT Web Site - Maintained by the Association of American Medical Colleges, this site allows you to register for the MCAT online and provides access to AMCAS , the centralized application service for medical school.
• Kaplan - Basic overview of the MCAT includes test preparation information.

Teacher Preparation and other Educational Careers

• New York State Teacher Certification Examinations (NYSTCE) - The New York State Teacher Certification Examinations™ (NYSTCE®) address New York Education Law and Commissioner’s Regulations, which require prospective New York State educators to pass designated tests as a requirement for receiving state certification.
•  Educational Testing Service - The Praxis Series (For States other than NY) -The Praxis Series Assessments provide tests and other services that states use as part of their teaching licensing certification process.
•  Educational Testing Service - School Leadership Series - The School Leadership Series consists of two assessments: The School Superintendent Assessment and the School Leaders Licensure Assessment.
