During the second semester of sophomore year, when a student is ready to declare a major, minor or concentration. A student should go to the academic department of the major or minor and follow the steps below.

Students will obtain appropriate form from any of the following:

• Forms and Checklist page

• At the Academic Department of their major(s)/minor(s) or 

• At the Center for Academic and Career Development

Students will bring completed form to the academic department where declaring major, minor or concentration along with an unofficial copy of their transcript which is available on WWAM.

The same process applies when a student is changing a major, minor or concentration.
