Welcome to The Merit Awards Program!
The Merit Awards program, a collaborative effort of the Honors program and the Center for Academic and Career Development, provides qualified students with assistance in identifying, preparing for and applying for prestigious external grants, scholarships and fellowships.
Participation in this program is extended to students with a 3.5 as first year students and a 3.8 for students in the sophomore and junior years.
The schedule of workshops and activities will prepare students to apply for Merit Awards as well as provide essential preparation for internships, graduate school applications and future employment.
