When you are ready to look for internships and jobs, The Center for Academic and Career Development (CACD) can connect you to excellent resources and opportunities! The Wagner Internship and Career Search (WICS) system is the place to search for current internships and jobs. Wagner College alumni often are eager to give back to the College by offering internships and watching out as graduates apply for jobs in their companies; those opportunities are posted in WICS as well.
1) Take action to get a job or enter graduate school (strategic search/application process)
- take appropriate graduate school entrance exams
2) Explore internship options, apply for and engage in internship
3) Reflect on Senior Learning Community experiential learning component, incorporate into resume
4) Refine skills in writing (cover letters, resume, follow-up correspondence, personal statements) and oral presentations (interviews)
