At Wagner College, students are invited into the chapter by letter at the beginning of each semester. Students must meet national organization requirements:
* be in top 35% of his/her class (this is usually near a GPA of 3.5-3.6 or so)
* have completed 3 units of psychology coursework
* have 3.0 or higher GPA in psychology coursework
We also require that students be a declared psychology or biopsychology major.
