Greek Housing Application Process

  • All students interested in living on a Greek floor must first speak to that organization’s President or Housing Chair.
  • Each Greek organization will identify the students they wish to invite to the floor on a sign-up sheet (which can be found on the Housing Forms link), which is submitted along with a current floor chart. The President and Housing Chair will assign their members to their designated floor. Students living on the floor are bound to the placements designated by their organization.
  • Each student on the invite list must complete his/her own Online Housing Application to be eligible.
  • All required paperwork is due to the Office of Residential Education by 4:30 pm Friday, March 23rd, 2012.
  • A representative from the organization will meet with the Associate Director of Residential Education to finalize assignments on the organization's floor.

Greek Housing Policies

  • Each room must be completely filled in order to be assigned during Greek Selection.
  • Organizations unable to fill their floor during Greek Housing Selection will be asked to consolidate their assignments to one part of the floor.
  • Any spaces remaining after Greek Housing Selection will be available for selection during the regular lottery process
  • Greek floors may only be filled by the organization during Greek Housing Selection.
  • All housing selections are final.
  • Greek Presidents will receive a single room at a reduced rate during the semesters they are in office.  Please contact the Office of Co-Curricular Programs for more information regarding this housing benefit.
  • Greek organizations must meet the minimum membership and floor occupancy guidelines set by Wagner College. Organizations that fail to meet their guidelines will be placed on probation and may risk losing the privilege of having floor designated for their use.
