Wagner College Campus Ministry
Celebrate the journey!

Historically, Wagner College has had a relationship to the Lutheran Church. Today that is the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. At the center of campus sits Kairos House with its small, but lovely Knubel Chapel. The chapel is designed to serve as an interfaith center that welcomes for prayer. Throughout the year major Jewish and Christian holy-days are marked with special services. Each semester worship schedules are announced for the weekly opportunities for students, faculty and staff.

Chaplains are on-call throughout the week. You can find their contact information below. Also listed through this page are nearby synagogues, churches, mosques and temples and their contact information. Students might want to find a family away from home with these communities. All of them would be glad to provide transportation should public transportation not accommodate a student's travel. Also below are organizations on campus that work to promote the spiritual health of our student body. As you might be considering attending Wagner College, we would love to meet you, or have you contact us to discuss your needs and how we might meet them.

We have come a very long way from our beginnings when our charter was the necessary preparation of young men for Lutheran seminaries, but the journey has been a wondrous and ever expanding adventure that has celebrated the diverse religious multi-cultural nature of our campus. We celebrate this journey and pray that it continues to find ways to strengthen the Wagner experience for all of our students who would exercise their faith in this formative time in their lives.
