2008-2009 Student Senators
Welcome to the 2008-2009 Student Senate Page! The SGA Student Senate is an integrel part of the work that SGA does on this campus. They are significant voice not only within SGA but for the rest of the student body as well. These twenty senators were all elected or appointed by their peers to serve on student senators for the academic year and have thus far done an amazing job for each of their classes and on campus.
Interested in becoming a student senator? SGA holds elections every spring for Student Senate where any student can run for one of the four senate positions that are available. Should you choose not to run you may apply for the appointed senator position which is chosen by the four senators who are voted in. Senate Elections will be held in April of 2009 and packets will be available very soon. If you have any questions please feel free to stop by the SGA office and the senators or executive board members will help you in any way we can.
