The largest of residence halls on campus, Harborview Hall is home to all Wagner first year students and the First Year Residential Experience (FYRE). FYRE is a unique residential experience specifically for first year students and is a collaboration between Residential Education, the Harborview RAs, and other departments in the Division of Campus Life. The views from Harborview are spectacular; students enjoy either a clear view of lower Manhattan, the Statue of Liberty and New York Harbor, or a magnificent vista of the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge, the Atlantic Ocean and inner campus.

Gatehouse Lounge, located above the lobby, provides a large common area for student use. This lounge hosts many FYRE events, social gatherings, student-run plays and study sessions. Additionally, each floor has a common lounge in the center of the floor for the use of students on that floor. Resident Assistants live on each floor of the building and provide both social and educational programs for residents.
Study rooms are located in rooms 211, 711, 1111, and 1411. The laundry room is conveniently located in the basement of Harborview and is available to students 24 hours a day. Wireless internet is available throughout the building.
