Fall '08 Move In |
Housing Assignments
Housing assignments for first year students are completed by mid-July and will be sent to students shortly thereafter. Housing assignments are contingent on receiving your completed housing application by the deadline. Housing assignments cannot be made without this form. Only those students who have turned in all forms will be assigned a room. A completed housing application consists of a returned Residence Hall Living Contract, health insurance information, and a New Student Housing Questionnaire. Although it is impossible to guarantee the “ideal” roommate, every effort is made to match compatible roommates.
If you wish to live with a specific person, please note that on the housing application. In order to honor that request, the person you are requesting as a roommate must also request to room with you.

Residence Hall Openings & Closings
The academic year begins for first year students on Thursday, August 21,2008 with first year move-in and New Student Orientation. Moving in to a new environment can be a stressful time in a student’s life. A designated move-in time is assigned to alleviate overcrowding.
