I just wanted to thank you and the staff in the education department for a wonderful learning experience. The skills I have learned through the program are invaluable. I would recommend the program at Wagner to anyone interested in becoming a teacher.

I just wanted to thank you again for accepting me into the Education program. The piece from the Journal of Teacher Education was very interesting. It was not surprising to me that Wagner College was prominently featured in the article as one of the best schools for preparing teachers for their careers.  I heard many great things about the program, and I look forward to starting in August.
Sincerely,
Suzanne Hession

Great conference today. I have been looking forward to this one since the minute the last one ended last Fall.  I gained so much new information- my break out session dealt with integrating the Arts throughout all subjects- I definitely took away ideas I will incorporate into my own classroom.
Very informative and very rewarding.
Thank you

"I'm very pleased with the education program at Wagner College.  I feel that the staff is efficient in doing their job and letting the students know what is expected. I feel this department has a high goal of excellence for us to achieve.  I also feel that it is very well organized program that shows the students what is expected of them.  I feel that the staff is friendly, caring, and most of all helpful."

I think that the workshops are very informative.  I go to as many as I can because I feel that there is so much to learn and these workshops cover a lot in a short time. I loved the Diversity conference the most.  I learned so much about so many people in one night that it was incredible.

I am a sophomore Elementary Ed/English dual major. In the past year and a half, I have found that EVERYONE in the Education Department is extremely helpful.  I have come several times to the department for questions and advisement, and each time someone has been there to accommodate me.  Also, even though you may have to wait a few days, Dr. Glanz is always willing to squeeze you into his schedule for an appointment, and is always very concerned and eager to solve any problems he possibly can.
I feel that the education classes at Wagner are excellent. They have been very helpful and informing, and also fun. Everyone who is part of The Education Department faculty is very concerned and eager to assist any student.  I have also been to several faculty members for different things. The graduate assistants are also very nice, and they make you feel comfortable whenever you need something. I feel they are responsible and I trust them with any important documents I may have to leave with them. All in all, I think the Education Department is excellent! Everyone is usually pleasant and accommodating to any problems anyone may have.
Sincerely,

I do feel that I received a wonderful education at Wagner College and the numerous field experience hours put my lessons into a practical perspective.  I feel comfortable in front of my class and my coworkers because of the quality knowledge and wisdom passed on to me by the competent professors in the department.

In response to your e-mail, I have been appointed full time to P.S. 56 in Rossville.  I am a second grade teacher, and also direct an after school musical theater program at that school.  Thank you for all of your wonderful teacher training.  The skills and teaching tools I learned at Wagner have helped so much!

I graduated this past May (2003).  I am now a first grade teacher at Hooper Avenue Elementary in Toms River, NJ.  I have never been more happy with my life.  Teaching is something I have always wanted to do and now that I am here it is everything I had dreamed.  My students are wonderful.  They make me smile everyday.  I can't say it's all fun and games.  I have report cards due this Friday and I have my work cut out for me.  I think about Wagner all the time and all my wonderful Education professors.  I hope my fellow graduates have been as fortunate as me.
Thanks,
Rachel Lewis

The Education Department at Wagner is truly phenomenal. I am so proud to tell individuals that I am becoming a teacher and that I am presently earning my degree at Wagner College.
I have acquired such an abundance of knowledge and skills from the education classes at Wagner.  Every class is unique in its own way but overall the classes are welcoming and thought provoking. The professors are to say the least, spectacular. Each and every professor
is there to help students succeed and challenge them beyond what they conceive is possible.
I feel so lucky to work with skilled and wonderful professionals everyday as I earn my degree.  I cannot thank the Education Department at Wagner enough for a superb education I will carry with me into my future classroom and for the rest of my life.

Just a note to let you know that I past the CST in Special Education without any problems.  I feel that is a credit to the wonderful classes that were given at Wagner College.  I was able to recall quite alot of information that I learned in Dr. Celso class on Assessing Students with Disabilities as well as other classes that covered inclusion.  I would like to thank the Education Department for their great preparation.
Sincerely,
