Graduate Writing Center

The mission of the Graduate Writing Center is to educate the graduate student body of the basic principles of good business writing techniques, and when applicable the proper APA formats, with the goal of helping students become better writers.

The Writing Center offers face-to-face sessions that can help you effectively approach your topic  and efficiently organize your ideas; you will also get a helpful advice to guide your revision process. While each session focuses on the ideas, argument, and organization of a particular paper, we are happy to talk to you about your writing in more general terms of argumentation, critical thinking and style.

Students are free to visit the Writing Center at any stage of the writing process. You will get help with your paper outline, evaluating a first draft, or going over a final draft.

The Writing Center is not a proofreading or editing service, although we will be happy to discuss your concerns about grammar or sentence structure, and to offer suggestions.

It is highly recommended to make an appointment for a face-to-face session.
