Donald L. Crooks

Prior to joining Wagner College in 2002, initially as the Director of the Executive MBA Program, Dr. Crooks had a distinguished Wall Street career spanning over 30 years, of which 25 in Management positions. He is a former Managing Director at Morgan Stanley and Lehman Brothers, where he was responsible for global trading and risk for all equity products and stock exchanges worldwide.

Dr. Crooks is a recognized Industry Expert in matters of Trading, Execution and Risk; he has been a consultant to the New York Stock Exchange and NASDAQ, and a guest speaker at Duke University’s Fuqua Graduate School and Providence College.

Dr. Crooks is a retired member of the National Organization of Investment Professionals, a former member of the Competitive Review Committee of the New York Stock Exchange, and a former President of the Disciplinary Committee of the American Stock Exchange.

Among his many accomplishments are also being knighted a Knight of Malta, carrying the Olympic torch in 1984, and receiving a black belt in Isshinryu Karate.
