Natalie Profis is the Quality Improvement Manager for the Department of Behavioral Sciences at Staten Island University Hospital. In this capacity she is responsible for coordinating the development, implementation and evaluation of the departmental overall Quality Improvement Plan. Natalie has over 17 years of working experience in the field of healthcare. She began her carrier as an army medic in the Israeli Defense Forces’ Medical Corps. Early in her career she worked as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room and the Operating Room in Israel and in the United States. In the past 7 years she held various management positions and was directly involved in clinical education, planning, organization and supervision of staff, as well as leading various management teams in the hospital. Natalie joined Wagner’s MBA Program as an Adjunct Professor in the Fall 2009 semester. |
