Requirements
All students (even those studying abroad on a non-Wagner program) MUST apply for pre-approval through the Center for Intercultural Advancement.
Students who do not meet the minimum 3.0 GPA requirement and are denied pre-approval to study abroad may appeal the decision and will need to provide the following:
2 letters of recommendation from faculty members
A 500 word personal statement describing why the student should be granted approval to study abroad even though they do not meet the GPA requirement
Written endorsement from the department chair
In-person interview with the Internationalization Action Council

Preliminary Application for Study Abroad (FALL2012/SPRING 2013) ** Due in Union 204
Petition for a Non-Wagner Program (due with pre-approval form)
Pre-Approval for Transfer Credit (ALL study abroad students must complete this form)
Study Abroad Housing Forms (ALL students who require on-campus housing for the Fall 2012 semester must complete these forms and turn them in to the Residential Education Office in Towers)
St. John's Rome 2012 Fall Semester forms (ALL of these forms must be completed by students studying abroad in Rome 2012 with St. Johns)
