Many campus events require some form of media support. Information Technology provides assistance with computers, projectors, microphones, CD and DVD players, and more.

We are limited in both the staff and equipment we have available to support your event, so the earlier you submit your request, the better. Weekday requests must be made at least two business days in advance, while weekend requests must be made by 12noon on the Wednesday prior to the weekend. Requests are made by completing the Media Services request form. You will receive a confirmation email within 3 business days of submitting your request.
