Room AssignmentThe very first step in planning any event is reserving a room. Faculty and Staff: Please complete this room reservation form. Students: Please complete this event registration form. You will receive an email with the room number and a confirmation number within 2 business days. You will need to provide these two pieces of information to all other offices that will be providing services for your event. If you do not receive the confirmation email within 2 business days, faculty and staff should contact Alex Lojo at 718-390-3221; students should contact the Co-Curricular Office at 718-390-3421. Changes To Room NeedsIf your request changes before you receive a confirmation number, please submit a new room reservation form. If your request changes after you have received a confirmation, please include the confirmation number in your email with the change.
