Flexibility for Performance for Fitness Professionals

Learn to implement the objectives of stretching for your general clients and athletes. Devise stretching regiments for upper and lower body regions. Learn both static and PNF stretches for each major muscle group with special emphasis on partner stretching. 3 CECs.

Learning Outcomes:
• Explain the differences between static, ballistic and PNF stretches.
• Demonstrate a stretch variation [static and PNF] for each major muscle group.
• Devise a stretching regiment for the upper and lower body.
• Define the objectives of the developmental stretch for general clientele and athletes.
