Proof of CPR and a 30-hour internship will prepare you to work successfully in the fitness field. This course is offered in partnership with World Instructor Training Schools (WITS), a Virginia-based company, offering fitness training and certification across the United States. WITS is the only major certifying body in the country providing comprehensive practical training and internship components. Textbook is required and not included in course fees.
