• Jazz Ensemble: 3:00 Sunday afternoon, November 19 in the Main Hall Theater.  Free admission

Joining a band:

• Dr. Delfausse is the director of the Jazz Ensemble.  All students who would like to participate need to audition for or speak with Dr. Delfausse.  Students interested in joining the band should contact Dr. Delfausse

Rehearsal schedule:

• Jazz Ensemble meets every Thursday night from 7:30 to 9:30. The band generally gives one concert each semester.  In order to keep the band's level of music making as high as possible, regular attendance is vital.  Band members should contact Dr. Delfausse whenever they will be unable to make a rehearsal.

Registering for a Jazz Ensemble:

• After speaking with Dr. Delfausse, you may register for Jazz Ensemble with your advisor.  It may be taken either for a half-unit (MU056A) or for zero units (MU056B).  Generally it is best to take a band for zero units, saving units for required courses.
