Financial Aid

The Office of Financial Aid is happy to announce that all on-campus student employees are live with the Online Timesheet system.  Students who have submitted the appropriate employment paperwork and Job Referral will have access to an Online Timesheet for their department.  If you encounter an issue with the use of the Online Timesheet system, please contact our office at 718.390.3183 of finaid@wagner.edu.

Effective immediately, all student employees are required to sign a Wagner College Confidentiality Agreement.  Supervisors are to discuss confidentiality and the sensitive data in their offices that fall under this agreement.  Signed Agreements are to be kept on file within each department.

Attention Supervisors!

Effective immediately, in order to request student employees, you must complete an Online Job Order Form .  Upon submitting the form, it will go directly to the Business Office for budget approval/denial.  Upon approval, the request will be forwarded to the Office of Financial Aid for posting.

Beginning Fall 2006, the following enhancements will now be in place for the Student Employment Program:

• New Job Order Form (for supervisors only)
• Student Employment Database - a job database was put into effect for Fall 2005 and the office maintained a bulletin board with posting as well.  Starting Fall 2006, the bulleting board has been eliminated and students must review job postings via the Student Emloyment Database .
• New Referral Form - the Referral Form has been re-designed to be user-friendly
• New Timesheet Submissions Process- the SEP timesheets have been re-designed to be user-friendly.  In addition, students will be able to print a timesheet for the current month from their Moodle account and give it to their supervisor for signature.
