IES – pay Wagner tuition directly

1.      No consortium agreement necessary

2.      Apply for financial aid as if attending Wagner

a.     Complete FAFSA

b.     Complete loan applications

c.     Submit Study Abroad Checklist to the Office of Financial Aid

3.       Institutional aid not available for the term abroad

St. John’s Rome Program – pay Wagner directly

1.       Need Consortium Agreement on file which enables Wagner to accept aid even though student is not in attendance here.

a.      Complete Study Abroad Checklist

b.      Expect a minimum of  1 week processing time

          c.      Must be complete prior to start date of Study Abroad program

2.       Apply for financial aid as if attending Wagner

a.       Complete FAFSA

b.       Complete loan applications

3.       Financial aid funds credit student account at Wagner

4.       Institutional aid available for term abroad

University of Almeria – pay Wagner directly

1.       Consortium Agreement not required.

2.       Apply for financial aid as if attending Wagner

2. Must be submitted prior to the start of the study abroad program.

University of Lyon II - pay Wagner directly

4.       Institutional aid not available for the term abroad.

Expanding Your Horizons (Winter trips)

1.       No consortium agreement necessary.

2.       Wagner will bill student in the Fall semester for the cost of the trip once the student registers for it. The student will be billed in the Spring semester for the unit. Financial aid can be used to cover each charge.

3.       Apply for financial aid as if attending Wagner

          a.       Complete FAFSA

          b.      Complete loan applications
