Wagner College offers five (5) graduate programs leading to a Master's Degree in Education and New York State dual certification as follows:

Early Childhood Education/Special Education (Birth-2)
Middle Level Education/Special Education (5-9)
Teaching Literacy (B-6)
Childhood Education/Special Education (1-6)
Adolescent Education/Special Education (7-12)

Wagner College also offers three (3) Advanced Certificate Executive Graduate Programs in Educational Leadership leading to certification as follows:

School Building Leader
School District Leader
School Building and District Leader

 The New Teacher Academy at Wagner College is directed by Ms. Carin Guarasci.   The NTA was created in cooperation with Teachers College of Columbia University to help new teachers meet the special challenges they face in their first years of teaching. Certified teachers will received three graduate credits which can be applied towards their salary differential and also used towrad their mandated professional development.  For more information, contact
