Advanced Physician Assistant Studies

Associate Professor Nora Lowy Director of Physician Assistant Graduate Program

Associated Professor Diane Pane Academic Coordinator of Physician Assistant Program

This program was created to help the practicing PA compete in today's advanced degree health care market. The Master of Science (M.S.) in Advanced Physician Assistant Studies is a comprehensive program that prepares practicing physician assistants, dedicated to improving the quality of health care, for careers as Health Educators, Health Care Managers, and Clinical Leaders.   Classes meet once a week and are combined with regular advisor meetings, independent coursework and a research project allowing the PA to earn the degree in just three semesters while continuing to work.
