If you are receiving funds as part of a collaborative project with someone outside of Wagner College (and funds will be paid  into an account at Wagner College), or you are developing a collaborative  project with a Primary Investigator at a different institution, you should download the External Collaborations form below and fill it out.

Download the form below, and complete the appropriate sections. A copy of the final budget must be attached to the form, along with a copy of the proposal.

The signatures will need to be obtained from several offices including department chair, Faculty Grants Coordinator, Associate Controller, Vice President for Institutional Advancement, and Provost.

Once these signatures have been collected, please file a copy of the completed form and the proposal with the Faculty Grants Coordinator, and a copy with Natalie Johnson.
