Wagner College is required under OSHA to provide safe working conditions for its employees.  To help us meet these requirements, we encourage your active participation in pointing out areas where improvements can be made.

In the event of an accident or injury, please notify your supervisor, Public Safety and the Office of Human Resources.  You will need to file a statement with the Office of Human Resources in order to receive Workers Compensation benefits.  If you are unable to report personally, due to hospitalization or incapacitation, your supervisor is responsible for filing the statement in as much detail as possible.
