First Quarter
- Standards and Expectations are communicated (Aug 15th)
- Goals are established (Aug 15th)
- Development Plan is established (Aug 31st)
Second Quarter
- Periodic Feedback is provided (frequent and ongoing)
- Employees self monitor progress (frequent and ongoing)
- Goals are revisited and required changes made (as needed)
Third Quarter
- Mid-year review is conducted (Feb 15th)
- Development plan progress is discussed (Feb 30th)
Fourth Quarter
- Employees prepare a report of accomplishments adn results against goals (July 1st)
- Year-end appraisals are conducted
