Have you set up your residence hall voicemail yet? It is simple to do and allows people from across campus to get in touch with you.  Use the directions below to complete the process in under 5 minutes. There are a number of benefits to using your in-room phone. All local phone calls (718) are toll-free and you receive 1000 free long distance minutes for the year. You will only receive a bill if you go over those 1000 minutes, at a rate of $.06/minute. To get started all you need to do is pick up your phone and use the pin number located on the back of the PBN card you received from PaeTec. Dial * 6, pin #, 8 and the number you wish to call.  If you did not receive or lost your PBN card, you can check with Residence Life or call PAETEC at 800-962-4772.
