Wagner College Adminstrative Computing supports the Jenzabar CX integrated database for College data.
Wagner College has used Jenzabar's CX enterprise system as its core administrative application for eight years (formerly known as “CARS”). The majority of the College's administrative information is in this system.
New employees needing access to Jenzabar CX should ask their supervisors to contact Richard Li.
Jenzabar hosts numerous email lists focused on specific areas and aspects of the CX product. If you want to look at archives of the lists or join them visit the user lists area of the Jenzabar site.

Starting in 2007, the Wagner College community began meeting regularly to improve the use of the Jenzabar system on campus. One of the outcomes of these meetings has been establishing policies and procedures that are to be used by all Jenzabar users. That document is available here. Potential changes to the document should be called to the attention of your department head who will bring those suggestions to the Policy Committee for consideration.
