When logging in to the All Access Pass for the first time you'll be presented with a Welcome page. You'll have to type in the "captcha" word and click Accept and continue.

All Wagner email addresses are preloaded in the new Wagner Gmail system. Just start typing the beginning of a person's name and it will auto fill in the rest. Personal contacts from Thunderbird can be uploaded with three easy steps. You can find the video here called "Contacts." Also, you'll need the link to convert you Thunderbird contacts to gmail format:

Step 1:
Reset you current email password here:
. Click on the Change Password link. If your current password is 8 characters long, you can type that in as your new one. If not, you'll need to adjust it to so it's at least 8 characters.
Step 2: Enter the settings for your device.
Blackberry users-
When adding a new email account, enter your email address and a BAD password. This will initiate the "provide settings yourself" screens. You'll want to choose personal email, Internet Service (imap) and then fill in the information in Step 2 above.
IPhone users- When adding a new email account choose Gmail. Then enter your wagner.edu address and New 8 character password.
Once your account is working, you can then start using Google Sync to sync your contacts and calendar.

General Settings:
Firefox 3.0 and Higer Only. Used for mailto links found on the web.
Step 1. Go to mailport.wagner.edu and log in. You might see a pop up bar at the top that says: Do you want Firefox to remember this password? Please choose one of the options or close the bar with the red x.
Step 2. In the address bar enter the following: javascript:window.navigator.
copy and paste the entire line starting from javascript and ending with GMail")
Step 3. You should see another pop up bar appear. Click the Add Application button. If you don't see it, make sure you follwed Step 1 exactly and repeat.
Step 4. Go to Tools, Options and click on Applications. Type: mailto in the search bar. Click the drop down under Actions and select the 2nd or last Use Gmail option. Click OK.
