When using your personal laptop to connect to the campus network in a classroom, you must first call the Help Desk at 718-390-3410 and ask for an IP ADDRESS. The Help Desk technician will need to know which building your class will be held in. They will give you an IP ADDRESS and a GATEWAY ADDRESS. Both are 9 to 11 digit numbers that your laptop needs to connect with the campus network. Once you have the IP and Gateway addresses, follow the instructions on the following links.
