Requesting Media Service
Please complete a request form for all media needs. Weekday requests must be made at least two business days in advance, while weekend requests must be made by 12noon on the Wednesday prior to the weekend. Before requesting media, please be sure that you have reserved your room. No media reservations will be accepted until a confirmation for the room reservation is provided.
For those needing to make last minute requests, Media Services will do its best to accommodate, however we are limited in both people and equipment, so your request may not be possible without appropriate notice.
Faculty who require media equipment for more than 30% of their class sessions should request a media classroom from the Registrar.
Equipment Emergencies and Problems
If the equipment malfunctions while you are using it, please contact the Help Desk at 718-390-3410 and someone will be sent immediately to assist you.
Please report any problems that you had with the equipment or any damaged equipment by calling the Help Desk at 718-390-3410 or by email.
Training
Anyone wishing to use media equipment or one of the media classrooms should contact Mike Brillante, Director of Media Services at 718-390-3428 for training. After you have been trained on the equipment, you will receive a key for the classroom media cabinet.
Documentation is also available for many common procedures.
