LCD projectors are usually used in tandem with a laptop or DVD player, so please remember to request all needed equipment. Requests require a two business day lead time. Please include in your request:

• the date and time of the event
• the location (building and room)

Using your own laptop is not a problem, but if an Internet connection is needed, the user will need to configure their laptop's ip settings and obtain an ethernet cable. This requires a day or two lead time and cannot be done by the media technician when they deliver the projector.

A media technician will deliver the LCD projector to the classroom and retrieve it once the class is over. From the time it is set up to the time it is retrieved, LCD projectors must be locked down to the desk to ensure security.
