Media Services will deliver and set up equipment prior to the event and will breakdown and remove the equipment once the event is finished. Public address systems are not appropriate for any classroom. Please make your request using our request form. These requests are normally quite involved so please provide a minimum of five business days notice.

Microphones
Media Services currently offers handheld wired microphones, wireless microphones and wireless lavalier (clip-on) microphones.
Music
Media Services will provide a CD player and/or an audio tape player, if needed. However, we do not provide music, instructional CD's or tapes.
Media Services will not amplify electric guitars through our sound systems.
Outdoor Events
Any outdoor event utilizing audio support requires at least one technician from Media Services present at all times.
Podiums and Stages
Central Services handles all furniture requests, including podiums, desks, and stages. You should submit a job request form to them.
