Responsible Use
The entire Wagner College community must adhere to the College's Responsible Use of Computing Resources policy. By using the College network, you are agreeing to the policy. There is also a specific policy on email addresses when employees leave the College.
Purchasing
All hardware and software purchases must be done through Information Technology. This helps the College to save money through bulk purchasing, meet software licensing requirements, and ensures some consistency in the types of products to improve the ability of Information Technology to provide support.
Limits on Network Traffic
Network traffic is limited on a weekly basis per IP address.
Data Security
Wagner College has a formal policy on issues of data security and stewardship. All employees are required to sign a confidentiality agreement.

E-mail Password Reset Policy
For privacy purposes, we cannot, under any circumstances, reset a password over the phone for any student, faculty, or staff member.
First option is to come to the Help Desk with your Wagner ID or Driver’s License to reset your password.
If coming to the Help Desk is not a possibility for you, please refer to the E-mail Password Reset Form and follow the directions to reset your password.
