After logging in, select "Create Content" then "Page." You will be presented with a screen similar to this:
You can now add your page directly to the menu with having to navigate away from the web page! Simply select "Menu settings" and fill in the "Menu link title". This is the text that will appear in the menu itself. The "Parent item" is important. In this example we will put our page under the "Web Help" menu. You can see it highlighted to the left of this page. We have more advanced documentation available as well.
