You must have permission to log into and edit our web site. Your supervisor must request access for you by calling the Help Desk at x3410 or emailing helpdesk@wagner.edu. You will be contacted by a member of I.T. with your log in details.
To log in, simply type the word: "user" at the end of the section you are want access to. For example, if you want to log into the Information Technology section of the web site, the URL would look like this:
The position of the word "user" is important. Notice that there is nothing but a slash between "infotech" and "user." A very common mistake is to simply type:
This user is trying to log into the main Wagner web site!
Another common mistake is to put @wagner.edu in your username. Your username does not have the @wagner.edu part.
If you have forgotten your username or password, you can have them emailed to you by selecting "Request New Password"
