1. ILL and Document Delivery Services are available to qualified users only
2. Only make ILL requests for items not available through Horrmann Library
3. Text books are not available through ILL
4. Renewal of ILL materials is not guaranteed
5. There is a charge of $1 a day for overdue ILL books, DVDs, and CDs
