ILL acquires books and copies of journal articles that are not available in Horrmann Library's print, microform or electronic collection. We provide this service, free of charge, to current Wagner College students, faculty, staff, and other community users with borrowing privileges.
This depends on the availability of the item you need. Most articles will be emailed to your Wagner email address within 24-48 hours. Most books are delivered to the library and available to you within 5 to 10 business days.
The loan period for ILL books varies and depends on the lending library’s policies and procedures. In general, the loan period for ILL books is three to six weeks.
Renewal of ILL books depends on the lending library or institution. If you would like to attempt a renewal of an ILL book please send an email to interloa@wagner.edu with your name and the title of the book. The ILL department will then submit a renewal request to the lending library and notified you when they respond.
Yes. The library charges $1.00 per day for each ILL book that is overdue. For more information, please see the Horrmann Library's ILL Policy page or email us at interloa@wagner.edu or call Tim Hickey at 718-390-3379 or Irene Hunt at 718-420-4119. |
