Staten Island Leadership Project (SILP)

A collection of interviews conducted by Professor Lori Weintrob and her students. (under construction)
This project aims to recognize leadership by women who positively impact our community, thus strengthening our borough, city and nation. Wagner College undergraduate students will collect oral histories of local leaders in business, culture, politics and the sciences and create a website and edit a video on “women who make a difference” in our community. We intend to represent diverse ethnicities, religions, class backgrounds and other differences among women and opinions about leadership, feminism, gender, empowerment and family values. View SILP collection information.
