Wagner College celebrates its 125th year in 2008, kicking off a series of events to commemorate the anniversary that began with the March 1, Winter on the Hill celebration.

During Reunion Weekend (June 6-8, 2008), more festivities are planned to celebrate Wagner's rich heritage. For the first time in recent history, we will celebrate Founders Day on October 15, 2008. This should be a meaningful celebration for all. Founders Day will feature a major 125th anniversary convocation; interesting historical speakers, special guests and much more!

According to President Richard Guarasci, "The 125th anniversary is a proud and important milestone in the life of our college. This is a fitting time to pay tribute to the courage and foresight of leaders who have brought us to this day; the steadfast devotion of faculty, staff and benefactors; and a legacy of graduates who are respected citizens, faithful stewards and ethical professionals in this increasingly diverse and interconnected world. From its humble yet audacious beginnings, Wagner College has emerged as a national liberal arts college that has shaped the lives of generations of undergraduate and graduate students."
