Wagner community bids farewell to Hal Carstens '50

The Wagner College community has lost a dear friend with the passing of Harold (Hal) Carstens, '50.

Harold H. (Hal) Carstens was born in Fort. Lee, N. J., on June 20, 1925, and was a life long resident of Bergen County, N. J. until moving to Sussex County, N. J. in 1973.
