JULY 16 — David McDonald, the Head of Voice for Wagner College’s nationally renowned theater program, will lead several workshops next week (July 20-24) in Amsterdam’s Fijnhouttheater as part of the International Masterclasses Festival of TEATRO PUNTO, a European partner of Wagner’s in the training of student actors.

Wagner College Professor SEYMOUR LACHMAN is one of the foremost sources on the gridlock and institutional dysfunction that has crippled the New York State Legislature.
Journalists have repeatedly turned to Professor Lachman for insight during the recent crisis in the New York State Senate:
Alexandra Tomlinson '09 (Telford, PA/Souderton) is a recipient of the NCAA’s Postgraduate Scholarship, a prestigious grant awarded this year to 58 spring student-athletes (29 men and 29 women) across the nation. The scholarships are awarded to student-athletes who excel academically and athletically and who are in their final year of intercollegiate athletics competition.

Dr. Walter Kanzler, who served as a member of Wagner's faculty from 1966 until 2001, most recently as professor of biology, passed away on Friday, June 26. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, July 5, at 12:30 p.m. at St. John's Lutheran Church, 155 North St., Jersey City, N.J. His obituary listing is posted below:
Associate Professor Christopher Catt, who served as a member of our Theatre Department faculty and as a former chair of the department for six years, passed away on Tuesday, June 30.
