Long Island City, Queens, New York Gary Ferrar focuses on Wagner College art professor Bill Murphy's paintings and drawings of the rusted, abandoned boat hulls May 9thKurt Landgraf, President of ETS, Offers Advice to GraduatesKurt Landgraf, President and CEO of Educational Testing Service (ETS), delivered the 2008 commencement address to graduates of Wagner College on Staten Island, N.Y., today (May 16). Specially honored at this year’s commencement program was Margaret-Anne Milne, great-great-granddaughter of Wagner College’s founding benefactor John George Wagner Jr. Milne who was awarded, on behalf of her family, a thanksgiving commendation from the college. Griselda Healy painting on display through 2009 at Snug Harbor Wagner College adjunct faculty member Griselda Healy's oil painting, "Pamela Hepburn," is part of a new exhibition, "Tugboats Night & Day," on display through the end of 2009 at the Noble Maritime Collection at Snug Harbor. Hepburn is captain of the tugboat Pegasus, which is currently being restored as a historic education vessel. When restoration is complete, Hepburn and the Pegasus will take students out into New York Harbor to learn about the maritime industry.
