Wagner President Richard Guarasci and his wife, Carin, were honored by New Direction Services, Inc., at the organization's first annual Valentine's luncheon held Feb. 11 at the Vanderbilt on South Beach in Staten Island. The Guarascis were the recipients of the organization's education awards in recognition of their work in improving educational endeavors on Staten Island.
New Direction Services is a community based, non-profit organization located in Port Richmond, Staten Island, New York. It's mission is to enrich the mind, body, and spirit with programs and services to benefit the whole person, according to director Wendy De-Shong Neuhalfen, '83.
