4th-year art students' reception April 16

            From April 15 through 26, the Wagner College Gallery will exhibit work by fourth-year students in Professor Bill Murphy’s “Artists Workshop” tutorial, a largely independent class that is the cumulative studio experience for art majors at Wagner College.

            An opening reception for the exhibition will be held on Wednesday, April 16 from 4 to 7 p.m. There will be light refreshments, and the public is welcome to attend.

            Included in the twin exhibitions will be work in a variety of media, including oil painting, various drawing mediums, watercolor, mixed media and computer-generated imagery.

            Both openings, as well as the exhibition, will be open to the public. Both are free.

            The Wagner College Gallery is located off the central atrium in the Wagner Union building. Plenty of free parking is available across Howard Avenue next to Seahawk Stadium. Gallery hours are Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Thursday, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
