In 2008-2009 PBC will focus on two of its specific charges:
1) fine grained review of the Faculty Handbook for consistency, and ensuring the inclusion of recent changes approved by the Committee of the Whole.
2) reviewing the budget and the Strategic Plan of the College, and suggesting areas in which the College can a) increase revenue, and b) cut costs, particularly, though not exclusively, in the area of academics and related programs.

3) PBC is also reviewing past proposed changes to the Faculty Grievance Policy and Faculty Discipline Policy.
